Your Privacy Choices

Last updated: July 19, 2026

Manage how Laurier AI uses your information on our website and how you receive communications from us.

Laurier AI provides AI integration, workflow automation, AI agents, customer-support systems, voice agents, sales and lead-handling systems, document processing, reporting and knowledge systems, websites, internal tools, system integrations, and custom AI or software solutions. Privacy choices relating to a system we operate for a business customer may need to be handled by that customer. See Section 7 below.

1. DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

Laurier AI does not sell personal information for money.

Some privacy laws define certain disclosures involving advertising cookies, pixels, audience tools, or cross-site tracking as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or as targeted advertising, even when no money is exchanged.

INTERACTIVE CONTROL

Do not sell or share my personal information

Status: [Opted out / Not opted out]

When you opt out, Laurier AI will stop or block advertising-related disclosures covered by applicable law for the browser or device used to make the choice. You may need to repeat the choice on another browser or device, and the choice may be lost if you clear cookies.

Depending on the tools enabled on our website, opting out may block:

  • third-party advertising pixels and tags;
  • cross-site or targeted advertising;
  • advertising audience creation or matching;
  • advertising conversion tracking;
  • server-side advertising events associated with your browser or device; and
  • other advertising technologies treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law.

The following may remain active because they are not used for targeted advertising or are needed to provide the website:

  • security, fraud-prevention, network, and load-balancing technologies;
  • technologies needed to remember your privacy choice;
  • essential website functions and forms you request;
  • first-party operational logs; and
  • other processing permitted without an opt-out under applicable law.

Your advertising opt-out does not automatically unsubscribe you from emails or texts. See Section 5.

2. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser signal that communicates a request to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities.

Where applicable law requires it, Laurier AI treats a detected GPC signal as an opt-out for the browser or device sending that signal. The signal does not apply to another browser, profile, or device that does not send it.

DYNAMIC STATUS

Global Privacy Control: [Detected / Not detected]

3. COOKIE SETTINGS

You can manage optional cookie categories through our cookie settings control.

Strictly necessary

Always active

These technologies support core website operation, security, accessibility, network management, forms, and storage of privacy choices. They cannot always be disabled through our website.

Functional

[On / Off]

These technologies remember preferences and support enhanced website features.

Analytics

[On / Off]

These technologies help us understand visits, interactions, errors, and performance so we can improve the website. Where required, they operate only after consent.

Advertising and measurement

[On / Off]

These technologies measure campaigns, create audiences, or support advertising on other services. Turning this category off also applies the advertising opt-out described in Section 1 where required.

You can also use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may cause parts of the website to stop working correctly.

4. PRIVACY REQUESTS

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may ask Laurier AI to:

  • confirm whether we hold personal information about you;
  • provide access to or a copy of certain personal information;
  • explain how we collect, use, or disclose it;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • delete information that we are not required to retain;
  • provide certain information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where our processing relies on consent;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • opt you out of eligible targeted advertising, sale, sharing, profiling, or marketing;
  • explain whether information may be processed outside Canada;
  • appeal a decision on your request where applicable; or
  • provide information needed to contact the appropriate privacy regulator.

PRIVACY REQUEST CONTROL

Submit a privacy request: [insert privacy request form URL or monitored privacy email]

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will use information supplied for verification only for verification, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right provided by law.

If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will provide an explanation where required and tell you about any available appeal or complaint process.

5. EMAIL, TEXT, AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS

Marketing email

Use the unsubscribe link in a Laurier AI marketing email or contact us using the information below. We may retain your email address on a suppression list so we can respect the request.

Text messages

Follow the opt-out instructions in the message, such as replying STOP where supported, or contact us. Message and data rates may apply according to your provider.

Calls

Tell the caller that you do not want marketing calls and ask to be placed on the applicable internal do-not-call list. This does not prevent service, support, or legally required calls.

Service communications

Messages about an active inquiry, proposal, project, security issue, account, invoice, support request, or transaction may continue because they are not marketing. Where possible, contact us if you want to change the channel used for those messages.

6. AI, AUTOMATION, VOICE, AND PROJECT DATA CHOICES

If you are a Laurier AI customer, available project-level choices may include:

  • which business systems and data sources are connected;
  • which users, roles, and agents can access information;
  • which AI or software providers are approved;
  • whether particular workflows require human approval;
  • whether a voice call is recorded or only transcribed, subject to technical and legal limits;
  • retention periods for conversations, transcripts, files, and logs;
  • whether test, staging, or production data is used;
  • whether optional analytics or improvement features are enabled; and
  • whether Customer Data may be used for any model-training or improvement purpose beyond providing the contracted Services.

Laurier AI does not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models for our own benefit unless the customer expressly agrees in writing. Third-party providers process data under the service tier, account, settings, and terms applicable to the project.

Project-level choices are governed by the customer's agreement, technical configuration, applicable law, and provider capabilities. Contact the Laurier AI project contact or privacy contact to request a change. Some changes may affect functionality, cost, performance, or the ability to provide a feature.

7. IF YOU INTERACT WITH A SYSTEM WE OPERATE FOR A CUSTOMER

Laurier AI may operate an AI agent, voice agent, automated workflow, form, website, support system, or other tool for a business customer. In that situation, the business customer normally controls the purpose and use of your information, and Laurier AI processes it on the customer's instructions.

Submit your privacy request to the business you interacted with. If you send the request to Laurier AI, we may forward it to that customer or ask you for information needed to identify the correct customer. We will assist the customer as required by our agreement and applicable law.

If a call is recorded or transcribed, you should receive notice as required by applicable law. If you do not want to continue through an automated or recorded channel, ask the business whether a reasonable alternative is available.

8. AUTHORIZED AGENTS

Where applicable law permits, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may require proof of the agent's authority and may ask you to verify your identity or confirm the request directly.

9. CHILDREN

Laurier AI's website and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children for targeted advertising.
